5 radiators of this sauna are FULL SPECTRUM, that is, they contain the benefits of all 3 frequency bands of the IR emitters; in fact, infrared rays are divided into 3 frequency bands:
- band A (short waves): they heat the body directly
- band B (medium waves): they heat both the environment and the body
- band C (long waves): they mainly heat the environment
1 carbon beam is placed on the floor and has a low intensity with the sole purpose of keeping the feet warm
