This infrared model requires 20/25 minutes of heating, unlike the Finnish one that takes about an hour; for this reason its energy consumption is much lower. Furthermore, in the Finnish sauna the air is completely heated by the stove and the person is heated by the air; instead in the infrared one the rays heat directly the body up by 80% but with lower temperatures, creating a more tolerable situation.
